Common problems and solutions of ultrasonic plastic welding machine


1.Open the power without showing?
Reason: fuse
Solution: 1. check the power tube is short circuit; 2. the replacement of the fuse.



2. Ultrasonic test without current display?
Reason: 1. power tube burning; 2. high voltage capacitor burned; 3. relay control circuit part of the fault.
Solution: replace the burned parts.



3. From the sound wave test current is too large, overload?
Reasons: 1. welding head no locking or crack; 2. without welding, large current, the transducer or the second grade Assur aging or crack; 3. the power tube characteristic has variation or burn out; 4. the power amplifier circuit part has the breakdown.
Solution: replace the related parts.



4. Welding current is too large, overload?
